SATISFACTION
If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn or unwashed merchandise within 10 business days from the date delivered. All returned merchandise should include the original receipt, packaging, tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.
All final sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. For more information, see FINAL SALE section below.

U.S. RETURNS
For your convenience, online purchases made on Noirion.com may be sent back to NoiRion, LLC using the return slip included in your original package.
Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Returns are accepted within 10 business days of delivery, and the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 10-15 business days to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment), then enclose the return section below with the item(s). Please use the pre-paid FedEx ground return label provided in your package to ensure proper return address on domestic orders only. NoiRion.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment, unless otherwise specified. Any requested exchange item(s), if available, will be sent to you via FedEx at no additional cost. Any new orders are subject to Noirion.com having available merchandise on-hand.

U.S. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@noirion.com. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be canceled or modified until the product has been received by the customer and returned to us in accordance with our return policy. INTERNATIONAL RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To return an International online purchase, contact us at info@noirion.com to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which is required to process an international return. We will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. If you choose to return an item, we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price, original shipping charges (pro-rated using the least expensive shipping method available for the goods being returned), and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Return shipping charges are prepaid and no postage is required; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
