Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing, availability, or other product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Will I be charged sales tax on my noirion.com purchase?

Noirion.com charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions based on shipping address as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated amount.

Do I have to pay duty and taxes on my order?

All orders including international orders will include any duties, customs tariffs, value added taxes, and similar taxes that may be required in your jurisdiction by local authorities, which will be in addition to the prices for the merchandise listed on our website. The amount of any applicable duties, tariffs, and taxes will vary based on a multitude of factors, including items such as the destination of origin or the classification of the merchandise being purchased.

How can I track my order?

U.S. & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Your FedEx order tracking information is provided in an email with your order shipping confirmation. You can track your order on FedEx.com/Tracking. If you still have questions or there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging, and contact us immediately by sending an email to info@noirion.com. Orders can also be tracked by signing into your account.

Is my package insured?

All U.S. purchases are shipped via FedEx with signature required. For security reasons, all Noirion.com online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through FedEx. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. NoiRion.com is not responsible for unanticipated delays.

How can I make returns or exchanges?

U.S. RETURNS/EXCHANGES

For your convenience, online purchases made on Noirion.com may be sent back to Noirion, LLC directly. 

If you would like to return an item, please repackage the item with all original packaging, and use the pre-addressed FedEx return label included with your order. Merchandise must be returned with all original tickets and tags attached, in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and in an unaltered condition. A copy of your original packing list must be enclosed. 

Before shipping your return, please ensure that all extra labels have been removed from the outside of the package.  Returns are accepted within 10 business days of delivery and will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Please allow 10-15 business days to process your return.

Noirion.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

Noirion.com reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria. In such instances, Noirion.com will send the product(s) back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

All correctly returned products will be credited as a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card, less a $15 restocking fee. Once your package has been received at Noirion.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within approximately 10 business days.

You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

If you choose to return an item that was shipped internationally, we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price, original shipping charges (pro-rated using the least expensive shipping method available for the goods being returned), and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Return shipping charges are prepaid and no postage is required; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What is your alterations policy?

Full-price Noirion.com merchandise bought on www.noirion.com should be returned, along with the original sales receipt to Noirion, LLC.  For basic adjustments made on first-time alterations at no additional charge. Extra work and subsequent alterations will be charged. For the full alterations policy and fee chart, please contact our info@noirion.com.
